This is the holding site for a new film studio and film production company in Scotland.
We have already built one 800 sq ft sound stage and are building a second 500 sq ft sound stage within a new 1300 sq ft
building. A post-production suite has been completed and is able to accommodate Foleys, ADR, vision and audio editing and
mixing for stereo and surround formats. Two feature films have already signed up to be made, the first will begin principal
photography in 2023.
Our facilities include 20 acres of grounds, with ponds, streams, woodland and field settings, allowing the building of
outdoor sets.
